Champ Care Kits
These thoughtfully curated packages named after our Champ, Elias, are filled with carefully selected items that brought him joy - whether it's a cozy blanket, stuffed animal, interactive game, comforting activity, personal care essentials or words of encouragement - each kit serves as a symbol of hope, faith and a reminder that no child fights alone.
Made possible through the generosity of our volunteers, donors, and community partners, these kits are assembled with care and delivered to children who are undergoing pediatric brain tumor treatment.
The Victory Lap Initiative
The Victory Lap Initiative is our signature celebration honoring children who have reached a major milestone in their treatment journey or those who have won their race. More than a finish line, it's a community-wide celebration of courage, resilience, and hope, recognizing every child who has fought with the heart of a champ.

How We Celebrate
Each year, families, supporters, and community members come together for a day of joy and purpose featuring a Victory Walk/Run, testimonies, tributes, entertainment, games, inflatables, face painting, giveaways, local food vendors, and activities for all ages.
Every step taken and every dollar raised helps fund Live Like Elias Foundation, Incorporated's programs while advancing pediatric brain tumor research and supporting families facing childhood cancer.
Forever 9 Fund
The Forever 9 Fund is the heartbeat of our foundation, carrying forward the spirit and strength Elias shared with the world. Our signature giving program honors his “9” wonderful years on earth and the "9" years of extraordinary impact he made on everyone who knew him.
This fund fuels the creation of our Champ Care Kits, offering tangible comfort to children undergoing treatment. It also powers our Victory Lap Initiative, transforming clinical milestones into moments of triumph for families who are currently fighting or have fought with unwavering courage, and so much more.
By giving as little as $9 a month to the Forever 9 Fund, you will help us provide meaningful support, essential resources, and sustain partnerships with research organizations dedicated to curing pediatric brain tumors. Your generosity ensures no child or family walks this journey alone.
